From company employee to empowered businessperson

Nazek Besheti is 33 years old. Together with her husband (Hebrew teacher) and 3 kids, she lives in East Jerusalem. Nazek holds a BA in Political Science and Criminology. She worked for many years in project management for various organizations. In 2018, she took part in group facilitation studies at MATI Jerusalem and started working as a freelancer under the umbrella of various organizations. Following the Corona crisis, most of the organizations she used to work for could no longer employ her. Instead of giving up, Nazek decided to move forward. With MATI's help she started a business on her own, in which she is leading various programs and workshops on women empowerment, career management, social skills, and time management.
